Welcome to our corner of the Kern River Valley.

My name is Melani Fletcher, founder and creator of this small but growing business built on heritage, intention, and a love for handcrafted goods. Though I first moved to the Kern River Valley in middle school, my family's connection to this land runs deep-I'm proud to be a descendent of the Smith family, one of the original settlers here in the 1830s. That legacy inspires everything I do.

This is a family endeavor, and I'm fortunate to have my mom, Kristy Hand, working alongside me. Her creativity, support, and deep connection to the valley are woven into everything we make.

Our shop began with a simple idea: to offer thoughtful, handcrafted products that serve a purpose and bring a little joy to everyday life. Right now, you'll find our signature lip balms-made from high-quality natural ingredients with no preservatives or colorants-and water shut-off reminder wrist bands designed to help you save water and stay mindful.

But that's just the beginning. We're currently developing a line of goat milk soaps, bath bombs, candles, and more-each crafted with care and inpired by the natural beauty and heritage of the valley.
